About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and ambitious Marketing Manager to lead the way we speak to the world. Your focus will be content creation and brand equity—you’ll shape our voice, build trust with users, and support our product and commercial teams to scale Crabi’s impact.

You’ll work closely with leadership, product managers, and business development to make sure that every message we put out—on social, in product, or in pitch decks—drives clarity, connection, and growth.


This is a growth role—ideal for someone junior with strong writing and branding instincts who wants to prove themselves in a high-impact startup and grow into a senior marketing leader.



What You’ll Do

  1. Craft clear, human, and engaging content across channels: web, social media, newsletters, product updates, paid media, and more.
  2. Develop and protect Crabi’s brand voice
  3. Collaborate with product and design teams to shape user-facing copy and in-product experiences.
  4. Partner with business development to create decks, pitch materials, and campaign content that helps win partners and drive trust.
  5. Design and execute content calendars for key campaigns and launches.
  6. Track brand metrics and content performance to learn and improve continuously.
  7. Stay close to the market and our users to ensure messaging is relevant and resonant.
  8. Be bold—bring new ideas, formats, and growth experiments to the table.

What We’re Looking For

  1. 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, content, or brand (agency or startup experience a plus).
  2. Exceptional writing skills in Spanish (English is a plus)—you know how to write simply, creatively, and with purpose.
  3. Passion for branding, storytelling, and helping people trust and love a company.
  4. Basic understanding of product-led marketing and how to communicate user value clearly.
  5. doer’s mindset—you’re not afraid to write, edit, post, test, and repeat.
  6. Collaborative and curious—you love learning and want to grow with the team.
  7. Interest in tech, innovation, or fintech/insurtech is a big bonus.
